Time to Embrace Fall
Taken laying down with my camera phone. I wish I could have captured the whole tree from that vantage point. It was so beautiful.
Photo Challenge: Daisy Among the Daisies

This is our cat, Daisy, who let me do a photo shoot of her. In a way she is my friend, but she is also my baby! Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Water Reflections
This is a photo challenge from the Daily Post. You may view other photographs from the prompt reflections here.
This was taken at a forest preserve near our home. It appears like there is a mist or fog on the pond, but it is the reflection of the sky.

On one of my morning walks around an apartment complex close to home, I had the privilege of seeing a white heron walking around the pond. I was finally able to get a good picture of the bird. I think he was a bit shy.

We visited the Great Lakes area of MI. While walking alongside a river we arrived at Liberty Harbor. I was able to capture this photography of the boats and docks reflected in the water. It was peaceful sitting there and enjoying the quiet of the harbor.
Robin’s Nest
Robin’s nest and eggs on top of out back door porch light. I just love Spring

Boone Hall Plantation – Charleston, SC
This barn near a lake was not near the house, but what an amazing structure it was. Seemed like a great place for weddings if the weather was warm enough. Fireplace inside, wood beams, and so on.

Road that leads to the barn and towards the main entrance road of Boone Hall Plantation.

Road that leads into and out of Boone Hall Plantation grounds.

Path along the row of slave houses on Boone Hall Plantation.

Tulips Holland MI
These Tulips were all along the streets of Holland, MI. Despite the rainy cold day, I was able to capture a few good images
